• 60 min sessions in office (initial 15 min consult by phone for free).
• Development of Individual Treatment Plan and follow up for six week program.
• Access to weekly check-in emails (included in session fee).
• Referrals to top rated clinicians in the fields of nutrition, acupuncture, psychiatry, homeopathy, and physiology.

Fees

Individual 60 min, in office session is $125.00.
Sliding scale available.
Lindsay is a Blue Cross Blue Shield network provider and PPO/HMO’s in the Behavior Health Network can billed.
